Jade Venture silver jewellery provide free of charge for  repair / polish / cleaning services up to 1 years from the original date of purchase for silver jewellery . 

Postage will charges according to your area .

Penisula Malaysia RM 8 

East Malaysia RM 15

Singapore RM 27

postage price is subject to change , Based on your request any other express courier service company


Our free repair service does not extend to jewellery that has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse and jewellery that has not been cared for (eg. chipped, snapped, bent out of shape,  continuously worn in saltwater).



*RETURN POLICY"

you may exchange or return any unworn and unaltered solid Sterling Silver piece within 14 days of the date you receive your order. 


CONDITIONS OF RETURN:


Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels)


Earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories,  and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.


Shipping costs from online purchases and click and collect are non-refundable.


You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.


YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE


You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from JADE VENTURE JEWELLERY  if the item is:


(a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or 


(b) Not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or 


(c) Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would.

If you have changed your mind or your item is faulty, please contact our support team at sales@jadeventurejewellery.com so we can assist with the process of your return


When posting the item back to us, please include a prepaid post satchel that has been addressed to yourself & your best address.

We reserve the right to not repair or to add a cost to any goods returned after aforementioned period.
